Some flaws chips casting marks but nothing that prevents its use for its intended purpose. This is old vintage and great condition pre usa dumbbells!! Dont miss out!
Might be some slight noise coming from inside the dumbbell but overall they can be used no problems. I do not recommend dropping them but even for brand new made in 2024 dumbbells I would not drop them either!
