It is in decent used condition. Both the top and bottom screens have some scratching(I captured them the best I could in the pictures). It does not come with a charger or stylus. It has Luma v13.3.2 and a 32gb sd card with all of the basic homebrew apps pre installed. I recommend making a backup of the sd card as it has a backup of the system nand and all of the existing apps on it. Any questions please ask
